Sovereigns Rewards Rules

1 Sovereign has a redemption value of 1p. 100 Sovereigns equals GBP 1 when redeemed against eligible purchases. Sovereigns may be redeemed at checkout where the option is available. The maximum standard redemption is 2,000 Sovereigns, equal to GBP 20, per transaction unless a different limit is shown.

Our payment providers have a minimum payment amount. Where redeeming Sovereigns and/or Account Credit in full would leave an amount payable that is below this minimum, we may reduce the Sovereigns and/or Account Credit applied to your order so that the amount charged is either GBP 0.00 or at least the provider minimum.

Sovereigns are loyalty rewards, not cash. They cannot be sold, transferred or withdrawn, and have no cash value outside eligible website redemption. Sovereigns cannot be used to bypass Player Protection limits or the GBP 250 single-purchase cap.

Sovereigns are non-refundable once used. If a qualifying purchase is refunded, cancelled or reversed, any Sovereigns earned from that purchase may be removed, which may create a negative balance. Sovereigns may expire after 6 months of account inactivity. We may remove Sovereigns, reverse redemptions or restrict accounts where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, duplicate accounts, promotion abuse or breach of the rules.
