Crown & Eagle Competitions is for adult entertainment only. You should only spend what you can afford. The website applies Player Protection controls including age restrictions, spending limits, time-outs, self-suspension options, a default daily limit where no user-selected limit is set, and a GBP 250 single-purchase cap. These controls are enforced server-side and apply before Account Credit or Sovereigns are deducted.

You may choose either a daily or monthly spending limit. A monthly limit controls total spend across the month and does not set a separate daily cap. If no user-selected limit exists, the website applies a default daily limit of GBP 20. Lower limits apply immediately. Increases or removals take effect only after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You can apply a 1-day, 7-day, 30-day or custom time-out through Player Protection settings. You may also request a longer self-exclusion or account restriction period, including at least 6 months, by contacting [email protected]. During a time-out or self-exclusion, you can log in and view account, legal and support pages, but you cannot enter competitions.

Consider taking a break or asking for support if you are spending more than intended, hiding your spending, using competitions when upset, trying to recover previous spending, borrowing to enter, ignoring other commitments or feeling unable to stop.
